REFUNDS: Due to the rising cost of processing fees and administrative costs, please be aware that if a refund is requested, the refund given will be a 10% service fee of the original transaction charge minus any services that were rendered AND scheduled prior to the request of the refund. NON PAYMENT: Balances after 3 statements that have not been paid, or where payment arrangements have not been made, will be assessed a 50% fee of the remaining balance. This additional assessment amount will be added to the original balance amount to cover the cost of the collection agency to whom the balance will be passed over to.
